Publication Fees

Scholaria International Journal of Research, published by Scholaria Publications, follows a subscription-based access model. The journal aims to maintain transparency regarding any fees associated with manuscript submission, editorial processing, publication, and access to published content.

1. Manuscript Submission Fees

Any manuscript submission fee, if applicable, will be communicated to authors through the journal's official submission guidelines before submission. Authors should review the applicable fee conditions before submitting their manuscripts.

2. Publication and Processing Charges

Any publication fee or article processing charge (APC) applicable to an accepted manuscript will be disclosed clearly to the corresponding author before the relevant payment is requested. The journal's official fee schedule will specify the applicable amount, currency, payment instructions, and payment deadline.

Manuscript acceptance and editorial decisions should be based on scholarly merit and the journal's editorial policies, independently of payment status, except for legitimate administrative steps required before publication.

3. Subscription Fees

Access to subscription-restricted content may require an individual or institutional subscription. Subscription prices, access periods, renewal conditions, and applicable payment terms will be communicated through the journal's official subscription information.

Reader subscription fees are separate from any author-side submission or publication charges. Payment for a reader subscription does not guarantee manuscript acceptance or preferential editorial treatment.

4. Payment Timing and Methods

Where a fee applies, the journal will inform the relevant individual of the amount due, the purpose of the charge, the permitted payment methods, and the applicable payment deadline before requesting payment.

Payments should be made only through the official payment channels designated by the publisher. Payment confirmation or a receipt should be provided in accordance with the publisher's payment procedures.

5. Waivers and Discounts

Any fee waiver, discount, or financial assistance scheme will be subject to the journal's formally approved eligibility criteria and application procedure. If such arrangements are available, the applicable terms will be published or communicated to authors in advance.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations, where applicable, will be handled according to the publisher's published refund and cancellation terms and applicable law. The policy should specify the circumstances in which refunds may be requested, any applicable deadlines, and the process for submitting a request.

Authors and subscribers should review the applicable conditions before making a payment. Any exceptions will be handled in accordance with the publisher's approved procedures and legal obligations.

7. Transparency and Editorial Independence

All applicable charges should be disclosed clearly and consistently. The existence or payment of a fee must not be represented as a guarantee of acceptance, publication, indexing, or a particular editorial outcome.

8. Fee Enquiries

For questions regarding submission fees, publication charges, subscription prices, payment confirmation, waivers, or refunds, please contact the journal's editorial office.
