Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original, high-quality manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of research. All submissions must comply with the journal’s ethical standards and formatting requirements.

Manuscript Preparation
Authors should prepare manuscripts using Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or LaTeX format. A PDF version may also be submitted for reference. Manuscripts must be written in clear English and formatted according to the journal template.
Manuscript Structure

Title Page
- Clear, concise, and informative title (maximum 150 characters; sentence case)
- Full names of all authors (First name–Middle name–Last name)
- Institutional affiliations with complete addresses (including country)
- Superscript letters linking authors to affiliations
- Corresponding author marked with an asterisk (*)
- Complete correspondence details (postal address, phone number, email)
- Email addresses of all authors

Abstract and Keywords
Abstract
- Maximum 250 words
- Must be self-contained and informative
- Clearly state objective, methodology, key results, and conclusion
- No citations or references
- Define abbreviations at first use
Graphical Abstract (Optional)
- Minimum resolution: 500 × 1250 pixels
- Readable at 5 × 13 cm (96 dpi)
- Formats: JPEG, PNG, TIFF, EPS, MS Office
Keywords
- Provide 4–6 keywords immediately after the abstract

Introduction
Provide background, rationale, and clearly state the research objective or hypothesis. Avoid extensive literature review or repetition of results.

Materials and Methods
- Materials and instruments used
- Sources of specialized chemicals
- Experimental procedures
- Ethical approvals (if applicable)
Ethical Requirements
- Animal studies must include institutional ethical committee approval
- Human studies must include ethics approval and informed consent
- A written statement of ethical approval and informed consent must be included where applicable

Results and Discussion
- Results should be presented clearly and concisely
- This section may be combined or separate
- Tables and figures must be cited consecutively
- Insert tables and figures at appropriate positions within the manuscript
- Ensure figures are minimum 300 dpi resolution
- Avoid duplication of data between text and tables

Conclusion
Summarize major findings and significance. Do not repeat the abstract. Avoid citing references.

Acknowledgements
Include funding sources, grants, institutional support, or other acknowledgments before the reference section.

Conflict of Interest
Each author must disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest. A separate statement must list disclosures for each author individually.

Ethical Statements
Statement of Ethical Approval
For animal/human studies, confirm ethics committee approval. If not applicable, state: “The present research work does not contain any studies performed on animals or human subjects by any of the authors.”
Statement of Informed Consent
For studies involving individuals: “Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study.”

References
In-Text Citation
- References should be cited using numbers in square brackets
- Example: “…as previously reported [3,6].”
- If authors are mentioned in text, the reference number must still be provided
Reference List
- References must appear in numerical order as cited in the text
- Do not arrange alphabetically
- Follow IEEE format
Abbreviations and Units
- Use standard abbreviations
- Define non-standard abbreviations at first use
- Use SI units throughout
- Temperatures must be expressed in °C
Tables and Figures
- Place near relevant text
- Avoid vertical lines and shading in tables
- Figures must be ≥300 dpi resolution
- Captions should appear below figures
- Color figures are accepted
Proofs and Reprints
- Electronic proofs (PDF) will be sent to the corresponding author
- Only minor corrections are allowed at proof stage
- Authors receive free online access to the final published PDF
- Articles may be downloaded and printed without restriction
Submission Checklist
- The manuscript is original and has not been published elsewhere
- The manuscript is not under review in another journal
- All authors have approved the submission
- The manuscript must be submitted in PDF format, generated from LaTeX or Microsoft Word
- Proper citations are provided wherever applicable
Plagiarism Policy
All submissions are subject to plagiarism screening. Manuscripts must have a similarity index of less than 15%. Submissions with high similarity may be rejected without review.
Cover Letter
Authors are encouraged to submit a cover letter along with their manuscript, briefly explaining the significance and contribution of their research work.
Copyright and License
Authors retain the copyright of their work. By submitting to the journal, authors grant the journal the right to publish and distribute the article under an open access policy.
